20 workouts in your underwear in under 20 minutes.

I don’t always have access to a gym, training equipment or even the space to workout. Therefore, I started to develop routines that needed NOTHING! You could do these workouts naked if you wish (but I recommend closing the curtains).

My inspiration and my knowledge for these workouts have come from many different sources and years of reading and researching methods of physical culture and training from weightlifting, martial arts, CrossFit, kettlebells and much more.

These workouts can be done inside or outside, in a hotel room, in your living room, in a park at lunchtime. Anytime and anywhere. In some workouts, I have utilised everyday household, park or hotel items such as a chair, bench or bed.

All these exercises are low impact. Children, teenagers and adults alike can do these workouts. You could even build a family activity around them. My own godson at 8 years old completed workout 2 and scored higher than some people at Crossfit.
